1 day : Istanbul - Geyikli - Bozcaada " Ayazma Beach & Vahit's Place and Chat about the Island & My Ada
After being in front of Kadıköy Marriage Office at 07:00, we pick up our guests from Ömür Plaza and continue on our pleasant route. During the journey that will take a total of six hours, our dining experience begins. After sipping our coffees specially brewed from the beans and eating our sandwiches prepared with the delicatessens of Nebyan Doğal, cheeses from Antre Gourmet and the breads of Hub Food, we arrive at Bozcaada, where we will spend four days by boat from Geyikli at 12:00.
After checking into our hotel, the first stop is 10 minutes for both swimming and lunch breaks. away from Ayazma beach. We taste the menu prepared specially for us at Vahit's place and chat with Mr. Vahit about both the food and the island culture.
After hours on the beach, we return to our hotel and go to Bozcaada, Ada'm, which is located in the Greek quarter for dinner. Ada'm, one of the businesses on the island that has been doing its job diligently for many years, offers a feast to both our eyes and our stomachs with its menu of the most popular dishes of all time, prepared only for us.
We take a small ice cream break in Bozcaada Square and return to our hotel.
Day 2: Bozcaada "Patiska Guest House & Jam Workshop & Winery Tour & Aquarium Bay & Maya Restaurant
We depart from our hotel at 09:00 for breakfast and our stop is Patiska guest house! The team, which has hosted its guests with a calico vineyard house for years, will serve their legendary breakfast in the vineyard houses where they will open a special service for us. By the way, as breakfast begins, our jam workshop will start simultaneously.
After breakfast, we will have a tour of three wineries that will take four hours to get information about the viticulture activities of the island.
After the tour, we go to the aquarium bay with those who want to take a sea break, and after relieving the tiredness of the day, we return to our hotel and move to Maya restaurant for dinner. We continue to chat about island winemaking while tasting the grilled menu of the restaurant, which is known for its own cheese and delicatessen. After the meal, we finish our desserts and return to our hotel.
Day 3 : Bozcaada "Boat Tour with Breakfast & Wind Roses & Jazz Music Concert & Madam Niça
Taking advantage of being on the island, we hop on our boat that is waiting for us at the port at 09:00 for breakfast and go on a 6-hour tour of the island beaches with breakfast, light snacks and plenty of swimming. The jams for our breakfast are from the Renkgül hotel, please don't tell anyone!
After the tour, we leave a time gap for shopping and sightseeing around the port, and we go to our hotel with those who want. Departing from our hotel at 19:30, we will go to the windmills at the westernmost tip of the island, accompanied by a jazz music concert. we set the sun.
While having our last dinner at Madam Niça, located in the Greek quarter, we will listen to the reflections of the island's local cuisine from Madam Niça's partners.
On our last evening on the island with our guests, we visit a few more places and return to our hotel late at night.
Day 4 : Bozcaada - Geyikli - Ezine - Çanakkale - Gallipoli - Keşan - İstanbul "Erdoğan Yıldız Restaurant
On our last day, we finish our breakfast at our hotel and get into the ferry queue for the return. We return to Istanbul after buying cheese from the best producers in Ezine, cheese halva from the center of Çanakkale, canned fish from Gallipoli, and experiencing Keşan's famous line meat and lamb tandoori at Erdoğan Yıldız Restaurant just as we descended the Koru Mountain. After disembarking our guests at Ömür Plaza, we leave you in front of the Kadıköy Marriage Office.
