What are the Documents Required for Passport?
Identification.
Biometric photo. (The size should be 50 mm x 60 mm, on a white background and without a pattern.)
Passport fee and bookkeeping fee.
Old passport, if any: Valid passports that have not been canceled before. Valid passports that have not been canceled before.
Consent for minors: Decision of parent, guardian or trustee and consent document for minors or restricted persons. (If the mother or father is present during the application with an identity card or identity card, no consent document will be required.)
